Before purchasing or booking any vehicle, customers are encouraged to:

Vehicle Availability

Vehicle availability may change at any time. A car shown on the website may be sold, reserved, unavailable, or removed before the website is updated.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle. A vehicle is only considered reserved or booked after KS Car Valley confirms the booking directly with the customer.

Booking Cancellation

If a customer wants to cancel a booking, they should contact KS Car Valley as soon as possible.

Cancellation approval may depend on:

  • Booking status
  • Payment status
  • Documentation progress
  • Vehicle reservation period
  • Third-party processing costs
  • Any written agreement made with the customer

Refund of Booking or Advance Payment

Any booking or advance payment refund will depend on the agreement made at the time of booking.

A refund may not be available if:

  • The customer changes their mind after confirming the booking
  • Vehicle documents or transfer process has already started
  • Third-party costs have already been paid
  • The vehicle was held or reserved based on the customer’s confirmation
  • The customer fails to complete the purchase within the agreed time

No Return After Final Purchase

Once a vehicle purchase is completed, ownership transfer or delivery process is finalized, or the customer accepts the vehicle after inspection, return may not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should inspect and verify the vehicle before final confirmation.

Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Used and reconditioned vehicles may have normal signs of previous use depending on age, mileage, model, and condition.

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Exterior and interior condition
  • Engine condition
  • Mileage and features
  • Registration and documents
  • Tax token and fitness status
  • Paintwork condition
  • Any repair or maintenance needs

Non-Refundable Costs
